Report out of the nations capital....

The Washington D.C. Nationals continue to show inconsistencies this season, with their play in the field. They have yet to get on a couple of long winning streaks, to cement themselves as one of the elite teams in this world. Many scouts and league insiders attribute these inconsistencies to youth inexperience. With 16 players under the age of 27 on the 25 man roster.

So how does manager/GM ajb_101 solve his players inconsistencies and motivate them to play to their best? By bringing in fellow Kent State University graduate and Hall of Fame head coach Lou Holtz. Coach Holtz will be giving weekly pep talks to the players about life, sports, over coming fears and much more. Players can expect Coach Holtz to use his "They put their pants on the same way we do!" pep talk strategy.
