Phillies Deal Felix Lee
After much interest from several teams and a fierce bidding war. Philadelphia came to a trade agreement to deal SP Felix Lee to the Reds for a package of prospects to relieve payroll stress.
The parameters of the deal send Joey Spradlin,Glenn Benoit & Rico Guerrero for Lee.
The 33 year old is having the best ERA season of his career but his record doesn't show it. He could either be re-signed by the Reds in their playoff march or be allowed to enter FA and become a Type A free agent.
