It can be said that the strength of a world resides in the quality of it's ownership.
More often than not this defines the world, either as upper echelon or bottom of the barrel. The better the weakest manager the stronger the world.

nocturnal - Entering his 2nd Majors season, has 20 seasons of experience to go along with 3 division titles & 3 playoff appearances

*drichter - This will be his 1st full season as the commish but he has 22 seasons of experience including 7 division titles, 9 playoff appearances & 2 world series titles. he is also one of only 2 GM's in the majors to have multiple world series wins

*eblake - Brings 22 seasons of experience to the table. 6 division titles, 17 playoff appearances & fresh off a hard fought world series loss last season


NL South
wondernine - 2 Seasons of experience. 1 division title & 1 playoff berth

*rsskfs23 - 10 Seasons of experience.
